The Supporter Phone Team team aims to inspire individuals and churches through engaging them in events, supporter appreciation and passionate phone calls. We support and drive projects for Fundraising and Marketing because we are passionate that individuals give or keep on giving and churches are compelled to partner with CAP.

  • To inspire, challenge and motivate churches and individuals to engage with US poverty through the work of CAP.
  • To support the charity by inspiring people to get more involved with CAP, either financially or practically.
  • To call individuals who have already expressed an interest in a particular area of potential partnership to nurture their enthusiasm and secure their involvement.
  • To call individuals and churches not currently connected with CAP with the aim of generating new interest and generating partnership.
  • To call individuals who are current supporters to thank them and invite them to future events.
  • To lead specific calling projects within the team, ensuring targets are met.
  • Taking inbound calls from supporters and churches.
  • Phoning CAP supporters and volunteers with the aim of thanking them and increasing the support they give both financially and practically.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A sales person who is confident leading the conversation and closing the deal, over the telephone
  • A passionate and upbeat person
  • An influencer who loves inspiring people
  • Organized and driven to reach targets quickly and efficiently
  • A confident and passionate communicator
  • Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize time, tasks and attention effectively in a pressurized environment
  • Excellent administration skills
  • The candidate will be able to share their coming to faith story, be a member and regular attendee of a local evangelical church and be able to agree with our statement of faith
